• No parties or events are allowed without prior authorization.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
• Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed with the property.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for keeping the house in good condition during their stay and must assume the costs of any damage caused. A deposit of 500 euros will be required as a security deposit.

• The reservation will be considered confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount has been received. At that moment you will receive via email or WhatsApp the confirmation from the property.
• The rest of the payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date, or if agreed between the parties, at the time of check-in.
• A few days before your arrival, the property will contact you via WhatsApp to make sure you have the correct location of the house, provide you with the access code and agree on an arrival time.
• The property staff will greet you upon arrival.

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

• How do I make a reservation?
  Requesting the dates by phone or WhatsApp and making a bank transfer within 24 hours.

   

• Is a deposit required to reserve?
  Yes, 500 euros

• What payment methods do you accept?
  Transfer and cash
• What are the cancellation and refund policies?
  – Cancellations > 90 days prior to arrival date: 75% refund of the amount paid.
  – Cancellations with >60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
  – Cancellations with <60 days prior to arrival: non-refundable.
• Is it possible to change the dates of the reservation?
  According to calendar availability and adjusting to the rates of the new date.

2. SCHEDULES AND STAYS

• What time is the check-in and check-out time?
  Check-in: from 14:00 P.M. onwards.
  Departure (Check-out): before 10 A.M hours.
• Is there flexibility in check-in and check-out times?
  On some occasions
• What is the minimum stay?
  Minimum stay is 6 nights

3. SERVICES FACILITIES

• Are bed linen and towels provided in the house?
  Yes, and pool towels.
• Does the house have Wi-Fi connection and cellular signal?
  Yes, maximum speed with Starlink
• What appliances and utensils are in the kitchen?
  Fully equipped kitchen
• Is the use of barbecue or fireplace allowed?
  Barbecue (during all months)
  Fireplace (in the colder months and only for heating….. not for cooking!)
• Is there heating or air conditioning?
  In most of the rooms
• Does the house have a swimming pool?
  Yes, 12×5 meters and it is chlorinated.
  It does not have a protective barrier

• Is smoking allowed inside the house?
  Totally prohibited

   

• Is it possible to hold events or parties?
  No, the use is exclusive for the reservation mode (vacation). For events it would be necessary to request it and ask for an event license.

4. NUMBER OF GUESTS

• Is it possible to add extra beds or cribs?
  Yes, as long as the capacity is not exceeded.

   

• Can more people be accommodated than allowed in the reservation?
  No, it is totally prohibited and sanctioned. The increase must be communicated and depending on capacity the reservation could be modified.

5. LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT

• How to get to the cottage?
  The property will contact the guest via phone or WhatsApp and will pass them the exact location of the house, entry code and they will be received at the house to check-in.

   

• Is parking available?
  Yes, free of charge

   

• Is the property close to supermarkets or stores?
  The nearest supermarkets are in the village only 8 minutes away by car.

   

• What activities or places of interest are there in the area?
  Hiking and excursions in the area, visits to the Algendar ravine, equestrian routes, kayaking, visit virgin beaches, visit and tasting in a Menorcan cheese factory, visit wineries, art centers… Many weekends you can visit the festivals of villages, night markets, sailing along the Menorcan coast…
